Wynne Business Executive Bios

Peggy Wynne Borgman is the President of Preston Wynne Inc. and its consulting and training division, Wynne Business, where she serves as executive consultant. Ms. Borgman is a 25 year spa industry entrepreneur whose award-winning day and hotel spas in California serve as test kitchens for the company's innovative business practices. Ms. Borgman is a top rated speaker at industry events, including the ISPA conference, IECSC and SpaTec.

She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) and moderates the Bay Area Spa Leadership Round Table. She's a regular columnist for American Spa magazine's Business Builders feature. A licensed esthetician, Ms. Borgman is the author of *Four Seasons of Inner and Outer Beauty*, a consumer title from Broadway Books. Through Preston Wynne's Healing Touch program, Ms. Borgman has allied her spa with programs to aid survivors of domestic violence.

Lisa M. Starr, Wynne Business Senior Consultant, is a 25 year spa and salon industry veteran. Her hands-on experience includes nine years at the helm of a prominent regional chain of East Coast day spas. Ms. Starr's consulting portfolio spans the full array of the spa industry today, from day spa start-ups and turnarounds to landmark hot springs spas, hospital spas, salon-to-spa conversions, med spas and hotel spas. Ms. Starr presents the Wynne Business Asian Spa Management program in Hong Kong as well as the entire program of company seminars in Philadelphia. A dynamic and highly rated speaker for industry events such as the Spa and Resort Expo, the SpaAsia Summit, ISPA and IECSC, her workshops are often standing room only.
