Peggy Wynne Borgman is the CEO of Preston Wynne, Inc. a spa organization founded in 1984, and the executive director of its two Preston Wynne spas. Ms. Borgman is executive consultant and seminar leader for Wynne Business, which began offering business to business services to the spa industry in 1994. Clients of the consulting division have included Hyatt Hotels, Coldwater Creek Spas, Estee Lauder, LPG America, the Peninsula Hotel Group, Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spas, and Gold's Gym. The company has trained management employees for the top tier of the international hospitality industry, including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Stillwater by Hyatt, Peninsula Hotels and Shangri-La. Her commentary on business and the spa industry has been featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Small Business and Time magazine. Ms. Borgman is a licensed California esthetician who has launched specialty skin and body care brands WynneEver, WynneElixirs and WynneOmega.
The author of Four Seasons of Inner and Outer Beauty: Spa Rituals for Well-Being, from Broadway Books, Ms. Borgman is also a frequent contributor to spa industry magazines, and pens a regular Business Builders column for American Spa magazine. She is a top-rated speaker for trade events such as ISPA, The Spa and Resort Expo, and the IECSC. Ms. Borgman is a member of the board of directors for Next Door Solutions, a domestic violence agency in Santa Clara, California, where she created the Healing Touch Project to enable women from the agency's shelter to experience spa treatments.

Lisa Starr has more than 25 years experience in the beauty industry, in every capacity from makeup artist to general manager of a prestigious regional chain of day spas on the East Coast. She is currently the senior business consultant to new and existing salons and spas for Wynne Business. Her knowledge and experience spans a wide range of subjects, including marketing and advertising, business operations, inventory management, leadership, human resource development, information systems, sales and public relations.
Ms. Starr's consulting portfolio spans the full array of the spa industry today, from day spa start-ups and turnarounds to landmark hot springs spas, hospital spas, beauty salons adding spa services, med-spas and hotel spas. Ms. Starr is a popular presenter at trade shows including ISPA, The SpaAsia Conference and IECSC, serves as an Expert for Spatrade’s "Ask the Expert" feature, and serves as a contributing editor for Day Spa magazine. Ms. Starr leads Wynne Business seminars in Philadelphia as well as the company’s Asian Spa Management Intensive in Hong Kong.
